1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More More.
3. Click History and then History.
4. On the left, click Clear browsing data. A box will appear.
5. From the drop-down menu, select how much history you want to delete. To clear everything, select the beginning of time.
6. Check the boxes for the info you want Chrome to clear, including “browsing history." Learn more about the types of browsing data you can delete
7. Click Clear browsing data.

Open an Incognito window

You can open an Incognito window on your computer to prevent Chrome from saving your browsing history. You can switch between an Incognito window and any regular windows you have open. You'll only be in Incognito mode when you're using the Incognito window.

1. Open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More   New Incognito Window.
3. A new window will open. In the top corner, check for the gray Incognito icon .
